MPC enjoyed Taco Wednesday together last night as part of our continuing study on ”Meeting Jesus at the Table,” by Cynthia M. Campbell and Christine Coy Fohr. After our meal we broke up in age appropriate groups and further examined “Dinner Interrupted,” a study of Jesus’s meal with Simon the Pharisee, and it’s interruption by the woman who cleansed the feet of Jesus with her tears and anointed them with oil. We heard some interesting and thoughtful contributions from our church family members.

Our next meeting together will be Sunday, March 26, for worship at 11:15 am. Chip Hill will be preaching, Communion will be offered, and we’ll have a potluck lunch afterward. You are invited to join us at our table. We have a place for you.
