Sunday, March 5th, the theme for Lent at Monterey Presbyterian was, “He eats with Tax Collectors” from Matthew 9:9-13. This morning everyone shared breakfast followed by the choice of Bible Study or working on a mission project.
Through Easter the church family is studying a new book, “Meeting Jesus at the Table” which looks at how we encounter Jesus through sharing food and fellowship.
